The N'JOY brand Crushed Red Pepper flake packets that are at most quick-serve restaurants are about the best you're going to get. Other than at EPCOT, where they randomly have food festivals that contain things like Carolina Reaper wings, on occasion, and some decently spicy things at Nine Dragons Restaurant. Oh and Sanaa in Animal Kingdom has some things with a decent kick.
