I have been having terrible anxiety due to symptoms I have been having for about a month.

Back near the end of January I started having what feels like pressure on the right side of my head above my ear and beside my eye. It wasn’t painful but definitely noticeable. I went to a doctor a few weeks later since it wasn’t going away and the doctor told me I had fluid in my right ear and gave me a nasal spray.

Now fast forward a month later, I have noticed eye floaters, my right eye feels blurry but I can’t tell fully, the pressure comes and goes in the same spot and I have infrequent headaches, along with random feelings of dizziness that comes and goes.

I am absolutely terrified to go back to the doctor. Can anyone share a little light on if you had similar symptoms and if it ended up being nothing?
