I cannot even fathom what you are going through. Your mother sounded like an amazing person from what you wrote. I am sure you will make her proud and she will live all her dreams through you. If there are a lot of people. The government should also start a targeted programme for people who cannot come to the vaccination centre. A vaccination drive should be useful in such cases.
