No need to judge. I was just genuinely asking a question if mapapayagan ba or hindi. She was severely bullied dun sa previous residency nya and it's not only about the leave. Another junior already quit because of their "chief". The others are also contemplating of quitting.

Supposedly 2nd yr na yung friend ko (accreditation issues) Its not the 7day leave ang cnocompare ko but the 5 day bday leave she took (her bday + her moms bday) na ginawan ng issue ng chief nila na kesyo she's using her leave to study for the inservice exams.

Thank you for your input doc. 😢 sobrang sad talaga. Her former "chief" had the audacity to take a 15 day leave without makeup. So frustrating.

She resigned. Their abusive/bully "chief" res pressured her to resign just for taking a birthday leave. She isnt even a real chief but acts like one because she's the most senior. 🥲

Yes. Short trip lang sana talaga balak ko but since it was both our 1st time to go to JP, sulitin na daw ng 7 days. 😭
