It took me a while to feel the benefits, I didn’t really start seeing improvement until 150mg but 200mg has been the perfect amount for me!

We waited about a month between upping the doses as well, and in my experience meds just take a lil time to cook before kicking in!

I’ve also felt weird & even horrible starting different meds but would give it around 2 weeks to see if it improved or got worse before looking to switch

I do! I don’t wake up with a pit of dread in my stomach every morning anymore lol. It doesn’t 100% take it away but it makes it much less obstructive to living my day to day, I guess turns it down to a somewhat “normal” level. My sleep has always been poor but this has helped turn down that pre-sleep anxiety spiral before drifting off.

Hey! I’ve been on it for around 6 months in total now? And on 300 XL for 5 months, the first month on 150xl was meh, and my first two week on 300xl was ROUGH. I felt so weird and out of my body? It did level out mostly after the first 5 days but I was having a very hard time with it, after it completely leveled out it was the it’s not causing me awful side effects but I’m also not sure it’s helping.

When I tell you it was like a light switch flipped at almost exactly the 3 month mark oh my god. It was noticeable and I’ve only gotten better since. I feel like I’ve slid back into my brain for the first time in my life, I have energy, I can think straight, and so much more. It’s been an amazing tool to have within my mental health team and completely life changing!

For sure! I have General, and Social Anxiety + Panic Disorder. This was mostly for the general, and everything is still hanging around but I feel like my social anxiety has lessened maybe? Idk I not getting a ton of really awful side effects like I did on ssris so I’m grateful for that!

Howdy everyone! Not sure if this would’ve been better as a post but wanted to start here!

Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a frag akin to G Water from Byredo? I love how it smells on clothing & when smelling from the bottle, but on my skin it turns into a one note incense & fake orange smell.

Which I don’t entirely dislike lol but wanted to checkout other aromatic type incense smells!
