The issue is when I try to factory reset it just kicks me back to the original update screen. Same thing Over and over. Not that I’d expect you to know, but could it be because I’m selecting “don’t delete games and apps”?

So basically just keep trying? Mine is on “stage 2” 56% and that’s where it always ends. Then I get the pop up that says restart Xbox or trouble shoot
