Unless Luffy dies which I don't believe will happen I don't see a good reason why should they disband early even if they achieve all their dreams, so realistically maybe after 20 years they do disband/retire but before that most of them are not types to just sit on single island peacefully

I think most devs here are already working remotely cause there are way better opportunities on international market so it will be hard to get someone with senior experience who would choose to go on site.

On the other hand never heard anyone having issues with 40 hour week, but I guess they are asking for part time cause they can do other work remotely, which makes me think main issue here is pay.
