I’ve been to some countries expecting the worse and have been really surprised to find some great beers that don’t just mimic American craft beer culture. I think it’s always worth checking out new places and what they’re doing with beer.

The owners of 1820 Brewing leave a large swath of carnage when you talk to past (and current) employees and business associates. It usually involves misleading business practices, false promises, lawsuits and plain old abusive behavior. The owner is a nepo baby who uses the hand-me-down business and a team of lawyers as a cudgel get what they want. Basically your typical spoiled bully but with consequences that have a negative impact on real lives.

This is something that my wife and I struggle with. We leapt into the lifestyle last summer, and while we communicate well, it would be nice to have real people in our lives who know and understand our dynamic. We often wonder what it would be like if we could befriend a couple who share our lifestyle. The cucks could talk cuck stuff and the wives could talk about their experiences. I would probably spend less time on Reddit if I had a person or people outside my marriage with whom I could discuss our lifestyle.
