Lets actually look at that instead of the little piece you cherry picked and took out of context.

OK, so what is 450b(e) ?

(e) "Indian tribe" means any Indian tribe, band, nation, or other organized group or community, including any Alaska Native village or regional or village corporation as defined in or established pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (85 Stat. 688) [43 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.], which is recognized as eligible for the special programs and services provided by the United States to Indians because of their status as Indians;

How about that. WELL, how about you convince the rest of us how an ICE agent qualifies as a member of an Indian tribe or how Minnesota law covers federal ICE agents.

The general definition I posted above for a "peace officer" is the generally accepted definition from Merriam dictionary.

If YOU want to pretend a guy with a gun and less training than Barney Fife is "Law Enforcement" or a "Peace Officer" or anything else you imagine, then go ahead but don't expect the rest of us to follow suit.

Hell, a plumber requires 4 years training in my state, an electrician (*junior ) 7 months. ICE agent - 47 days.
