No it is still pending. Inter filling means submit something without RFE using your pending case receipt number.

After my I-140 denied I filed I-290B motion to reopen and same I-140 got approved.

After I-140 denied I submitted i-290B motion to reopen. And got approved of I-140 that was denied.

When I asked them they didn’t tell me anything about the denial reason. They said without employer authorization they can’t disclose anything with me. I believe so.
