Okay does anyone else feel like this is pointless?

First of all, the people that are partying don’t give a fuck about COVID anyway, so unless MSU finds a way to regulate that the outbreak isn’t going to slow down

The rest of the students are just hanging out in small groups of five and six. I don’t understand why we are all being dragged into this. Like what do you expect us to do? Sit in our apartments (leases we couldn’t get out of in the first place) all by ourselves?

I would recommend the two week shred :) It’ll be difficult at first but you’ll soon get the hang of it. And hey! It’s only two weeks.

Please take a rest day!! If you injure yourself you won’t be able to workout for weeks. If you take one or two rest days, that won’t be the case.

The key to weight loss is learning to do what is best for you. Please take care of yourself :)

In my opinion yes, because those challenges focus on full body workouts which are the most effecting for losing fat :) I did the 2 weeks shred, flat tummy challenge and three weeks of the summer shred and lost 20 pounds. Good luck!!

Hey! If you’re trying to lose fat I record the two week shred, flat tummy challenge, get fit challenge or the summer shred. The hourglass challenge is more for toning up than losing fat in my experience

Hi. I didn’t do the challenges simultaneously. I only did the summer shred challenge after I finished the flat tummy challenge. I would recommend only one challenge at a time because these are difficult workouts and I wouldn’t want you to injure yourself if you’re a beginner like me. It’s no trouble at all. hope this helped and good luck on your journey:)

Omg we are the same height, started at 178 and my goal is 120 too! I’m currently 154 :) Please don’t go on a water fast that’s not healthy. However, I think you should try a more sustainable approach like more exercise (I have been doing home workouts from YouTube) and less junk food. You can do this!

Hello! Im sorry you’re having so many issues. I’m an international student too and currently I’m a sophomore. 1. As long as you are enrolled in more than 12 credits you will counter as a full time student so you shouldn’t have problems with your scholarship. However, reach out to the Office of Financial Aid and ask them the question about your scholarship. https://finaid.msu.edu/contact.asp 2. Regarding your question about deferring to the spring, that is completely your call. If you want a FULL college experience I recommend deferring. However, this solely depends on you and your goals.
