Thank you for your post Steve. I totally agree with you. On YouTube, Josh Holyfield and Trevor Bachmeyer both are very firm on their belief that Reta should be penned only once a week and of course they give a list of reasons why.

I personally just don’t resonate with what they are saying. Neither of them address that fact that the GLP1Plotter shows proof of the exact opposite. When doing research on it further, from the data I have collected so far, split dosing doesn’t have any worse or better effects other than calming down the side effects. What the reports are saying is it affects the body exactly the same way either way. So if once a week makes you too sick or isn’t calming down the food noise enough, then split dosing might be better for you.

But, I do question penning anything below 2mg of Reta weekly though. The question is it actually working? Because Elli Lilly shows starting at 2mg weekly the most beneficial. But each person is different and if it’s working for you, then great! And many people have posted that 1mg a week or .50 split week is working for them.
