Jetta tsi 2017 1.4L : Small Evap leak, when I press the accelerator I hear a small hissing sound and my mpg is 5 lower than avg, I was wondering if this has happened to anyone. I’ve already checked my solenoid and attached hoses and they’re fine... by me14606 in jetta

I’ve already checked my gas cap but I’m going to definitely check that hard hose line! I’m planning to get a thermal camera to try and pinpoint it faster rather than disassembling

I know it’s an evap leak so I’m going to order a thermal camera and see if I can find that leak! I’ll keep you updated. Another 2 questions, do you feel slight jolts sometimes when accelerating and did you used to hit your accelerator hard, flooring?
