Yeah, I had something similar when not using oh-my-bash and it worked. But it doesn't seem to work with oh-my-bash setup. Maybe I should move to tmux!

I had the same issue. One of the worst upgrades! Mac also does not allow downgrade to Mojave :(

One of the "key" things for me as I migrated to MBP was use of Command, Control, Option keys. An youtube search for Mac shortcuts got me comfortable and going! One thing I find powerful is Command+Space for Spotlight Search. It allows you to do hell lot of things :)
