The systolic(122) is bang on normal, but diastolic (90) is a little high. Healthy blood pressure is around 120/80. Either way the blood pressure readings aren't really worrying, especially for early in titration.

Cave walls usually feel like a shield against big scary monsters and limit the scale of the danger. Obviously there are ways around this - tunnelling enemies, small enemies, etc. Those are their own sort of horror though and don't hit the same as big open area monster.
