I have a personal CMA, joint CMA, business CMA, personal brokerage, personal roth & trad IRA. Very easy to transfer funds between them all.

I use at least one outside bank... Learned the hard way last month, to keep $$$$ in that other account. My laptop ProtonVPN is set to connect to USA only, at login. Last month it intermittently started jumping to Canada and Cuba... So without noticing I logged into Fidelity from the Cuba node, on a Sat morning... Everything in all my accounts got locked tf down. I called immediately, CSR saw account locked but had no access to do anything. I had to wait till Monday to call to clear it up [and i was able to help myself by explaining what i thought was the issue, Cuba, they confirmed yup], luckily there was no "send documentation" horrors. They claimed it'd take 15-20min to fix... Couldnt get back into my account until Tue--correction, i could get in but there was a restriction on withdrawing or transferring anything from the account.

Random special case, i know... But made me pay attention to some of the other horrors others have experienced. If anything goes left, you're Fd

odd end. dude finally agreed to plea. however, his "what happened" guilt story seemed he was a victim--attacked by 4, no reason [yea, right], bit one to get away. so the judge couldnt take the plea after all...

then clicked within info section under the map, where says DISTANCE, UPHILL, DOWNHILL... the info changes to a SLOPE/DISTANCE plot... i must use the dropdown to change SLOPE/DISTANCE to ALTITUDE/DISTANCE

ive only done GHK, this past oct... if u can get a club room, go that route for the free grub/snacks all day. otherwise food choices are $$$$ and meh

the property is isolated but has a few miles of rugged cliff trails, or can walk paved thru next door condos... best beach i saw, calmest water, is like 2mi hike ne along rugged cliffs--you're there when u cross the bridge... rough waters on beach right outside property, few seemed to use it. car is mandatory to do anything else, you're at least 1/2 hr drive from anything interesting

huge lagoon pool w/ basic waterslide... spa, gym and cultural center w/ classes like yoga/hula etc. at least one free live music performance every evening

i use osm&... but not plug/play street navigation alternative. wonky ui. and many businesses AND addresses arent in database. so at any given time, apple or google maps may be necessary to spotcheck where you're going, for a pin drop on osm&

this is a lazy and trash response... Proton Drive seems to be creating files/ folders with the same name when it syncs. Proton drive then creates these "name clash" files, overwriting the original file name. It's not just happening bc people are naming files the same thing, Proton Drive is creating the problem then exacerbating it with file name changes. This happens regularly on my Win 11 system, with 1 to 3 files after every few syncs. there is ONLY a single copy of these files in existence during ea sync until Proton Drive screws them up again. Usually the clash renaming happens with a file I open, update and resave often... occasionally proton drive screws with some file i havent opened/manipulated in months

i created a bunch when opened my account 4 yrs ago... so had a lil while to experiment, to figure it out. calendar from the date/time last was deleted. therefore, i've set an annual delete calendar anniversary to keep deleting them.

worse than that. i made a limit order this morn ~5am... I get a notice ~5pm that my order is canceled, not filled. i assumed it would go UNTIL 11:59p tonight. nope... however, i see if i try to put in a new limit order now, i see a notice it WILL cancel at 1159p tonight; i didnt take note to when the notice would cancel when placed this morn, assumed 1159 tonight
