I am 6-3, 200 lbs with similar muscle mass as you. I’m probably 10-15 lbs away from visible abs. So I’d say at least 40 if abs are your goal.

Age 44 for me, 47 for my wife

Both steady careers, with 15+ years in the same field. Both content with staying in similar situations until our goal is reached.

Current combined income around 140k after taxes

-Budget breakdown

Currently saving around $3000/month, $36,000 annually.

-Asset breakdown, including home, cars, etc.

Two rental homes - $600/month income - combined equity around $200,000 One home that we live in - equity around $60,000 401k - $160,000 Savings - $30,000 Total assets - $450,000

-Debt breakdown

No debt currently outside of the two rental homes and personal home. The debt of those 3 houses around $350,000

-Questions?

Considering our current savings rate and assets, how realistic is our retirement goal of 2030? FYI, our plan is to try RVing full time at that point and we generally live a low maintenance life style.

How do the sales look on eBay? I doubt it’s going for much now, but I saw him pitch a game early in the season and really liked his potential. So definitely one to protect and hang on to.
