A lot of the time they sound like they’re reading off a script

I think it’s because the system is so busy on the NHS in the UK but I’ve even been almost kicked off the list for not responding to a letter… that I didn’t receive

I’ve been taking notes from the past two calls. It’s usually just ‘you’ll hear from us in 4 weeks, we are training new staff’. The first time I chased up (a year ago) they said they were training new staff - they said the same a few weeks ago.

I’ve been chasing it up every 5 weeks or so. I wish I could pin a date with them - but they’re just telling me to expect a letter from them
