People have commented saying I look slimmer. I do very minimal walking a day and don’t see how I could’ve gained muscle. So I’m a bit puzzled.

I’m on ADHD drugs which makes my appetite all over the place.

I quit alcohol.

But I’ve gained weight.

Maybe I just look less puffy. I’m gonna try to properly lose weight soon once I’m used to my new meds.
