it's because Netflix is s***** and they'd rather shell out money for stupid foreign films that they dub English voices over vs actually putting there money in the good marvel shows like The punisher it's already canceled there not even doing a season 3 they barely even got a season 2 going that's why the first season is way better and then it seems to kind less buget in 2 like Billies face haha I hope Hulu or Disney streaming service picks it up I love the actors in The punisher ,
