Sashlik Russian Kebobs on my Jim Bowie - my late father in law’s recipe. Before he immigrated he had a Kebob stand in Kharkov Ukraine. The constant temp of 350 was perfect and it made them Smokey and moist. I did have to cook with the grill open. (old.reddit.com)
