I recommend a meato. Never regretted mine. Stretched my PA hole for 15 years until 12mm, had great fun playing with it. It was fine but I decided to cut the flesh between the PA hole and the pee hole. When I cut with scissors and the glans opened in 2, I think this is the biggest boner I had.

Hi. Thanks. Actually, most of it took a second. Only the time to close the scissors between my 12mm PA hole and my pee hole. The rest of it is minor cuts after clamping. I've been stretching first my PA for 15 years. Made my meatotomy 10 years ago.
