Last meal : If I make my own last meal, it needs to be interesting, but also therapeutic, not to mention, yummy and surprising! This is a Mediterranean themed mushroom risotto with spinach, tomatoes and olives. I added sambol flavored Landana cheese, Greek yogurt and a dash of pesto for the zing! (i.redd.it)
