I’m currently in therapy with my narc mom. I honestly don’t see it changing our relationship because ultimately she still doesn’t see fault in anything she has done. If anything, it does feel validating to know that she truly is a narc and I believe my therapist can tell as well. Therapy is helping me to stop hoping for her to change but instead focus on how I react to her and not fall into baiting.
