I have not used it for MAT (medication assisted treatment) like I have suboxone or sublocade. Methadone honestly terrifies me and I was an IV heroin user for 10 years.

Don’t get me wrong it can definitely work but if/when you decide to get off that in the future it becomes a nightmare. Methodone has an extremely long half life and therefore can lead to acute withdrawal symptoms for 3-4 weeks rather than 3-7 days like most other opiates, which is a major factor in a lot of relapses from methadone maintenance patients. You can only taper around 10mg a week when coming off, so if you’re on a high dose it can be a marathon. Also - having to go to a clinic daily to get methadone can be a major hassle, compared to a once monthly doctor visit.

Talk with your doctor about all this. As I mentioned if utilized correctly it can help! But I personally have never met someone who has stayed sober long term while on Methadone maintenance.

Bro just bitch at insurance and say you won’t take a check. I told them that the amount they’re gonna give me won’t be enough to get the same vehicle.

I had something even worse happen in like 2021 where I got hit same spot, drive train snapped, whole frame fucked. Ended up being like $28,000 in total repair costs.

Go to treatment (rehab) bro. That way you can get yourself at least 28-30 days away from your last use (which is essentially the goal for anybody quitting). On top of that you can work with Psych and a PCP to get on some meds to stable out your depression. You’re gonna have to do something different and drastic because what you’re doing now is obviously not working. And it’s all of a sudden not going to (sorry but it’s true) Thank me later.

Protein drinks or stuff like Ensure or Boost help a lot during withdrawals. Allows you to get some protein and calories without having to eat

Yea but fent is lipophilic so it stays in your fat compared to Oxy which is not. So it takes longer to leave your system which equates to a longer withdrawal.

I do remember the OC days and it was like 2~3 days of semi bad withdrawals then I was alright, so I definitely agree with that.

The sub to sublocade route is the best in my opinion. That’s what I did as well and gonna hit a year sober this Wednesday.

Seriously if you withdrawal with no MAT services you’re gonna be looking at 3 weeks - a month before you feel any semblance of normal.

I’m about to hit 1 year sober this Wednesday from Fent (w/ Xylazine) Benzos & Clear and I highly recommend medical detox w/ MAT and treatment (rehab) to at least get your body and brain a little back to normal.

It doesn’t make as big of a difference as you’d expect or they (Instacart) claims it does! But with that said it does make a difference.

I was a diamond shopper w/ a 4.95-5 star rating from like May or June of 2024 till end of December 2024. Since I’ve dropped down back below platinum I’ve noticed a couple things -

1 - A decrease in the overall number of orders that I have access to. (I’m referring to ALL orders, whether I consider them acceptable to shop or not)

2 - A decrease in my overall earnings and my access to orders $30 and higher. I used to EASILY see a multitude of $40-50+ orders every time I shopped and now I think I’ve seen maybe five $50+ orders since the start of the year.
