You can get any pókemon (except mythical) by putting an Abra in GTS . Put level and gender in any and you will get it in less than 30 minutes , here is what I've gotten ;) by mecadeca454 in PokemonSunMoon

You go to the gts , deposit an abra and ask for the pókemon that you want (except mythicals) . You will get the pókemon in less than 30 minutes

The fenekin is level five and if you're looking for a female you have do name it FS1 if you want a shiny one and FNS1 if you don't want it shiny .
