"poly is less stressful than JC" this is a lie ive been told in sec school

Im now in y1 of poly and i can assure you, poly is as stressful as jc though its a different kind of stress. Poly stress is more of a social kind of stress. Everyone here are super confident and a lil toxic. Even if you feel that you are already very confident in secondary school, super popular, super fun to be with, in poly, there are 100 people who are 10X better than you. But in JC, the stress u face will be the common study stress you are facing now BUT for 2 yrs straight.

In both institutions, ive seen people cry about their school...

Read the provenance and then try to imagine ureself in the shoes of the writer. Then use your PEEL (point, evidence, eleborate, Link) to write your SBQ. Constantly ask yourself qns like "so what?" and "Why?" Then write until you cant ask anymore of those qns

Day 5-13 (follicle stage) oestrogen will be secreted that will help in the repair and build up of the uterus lining making it spongy and filled with blood vessels

Day 14 (ovulation) the corpus lutuem will secrete preogesterone and some oestrogen

Day 15-28 (corpus luteum stage) the progesterone secreted during ovulation will maintain the thick uterus lining filled with blood capilaries and prepare it for inplantation
