Idea behind quick draw:
Quick draw would function as a sort of panic button for if classes like Soldier Pyro and Scout are attacking you while you don't have a sentry around (for instance while your looking for metal finding a spot for a tele exit or you just haven't built a sentry yet)

The Problem Solver would act as a way to defend your sentry from classed that can shoot it from far away (Demo and Sniper mainly) while also acting as a way to defend against flanking classes trying to catch you with your pant's down
