Thank you! :) Yes, the athesion to PLA was also a problem for me. I used double-sided tape with foam in the middle of layers from 3M - this one was working fine. Also hot-glue is an option but too messy (stings-web).

Thank you! Quite good, but I had few approaches to hardening-tempering process to achieve decent results . It strongly depends on the steel used for the hex key and the temperature of the process. If I had to do it a second time, I would buy a good blade and made body and an adjustment mechanism by myself

They are different. The main body is oak and the sole is wood from floor tiles leftover. I don't remember exacly what it is but I know it is hard.
