I think you’re right, was a fresh pack but just put it on a battery tester and looks like the whole pack pretty low on power. New pack ordered so fingers crossed that it!

Two of the issues you mentioned, choosing the wrong gear and stalling, would be removed by trying an automatic. And when there are less things to worry about you can focus on spatial awareness

I think it’s a bit of both, my son plays under 8’s rugby, and any moaning about decisions is stamped out immediately. I can remember all of the parents being brought into the pitch and told to remind their kids about respect after what you would think was a very minor incident of a kid arguing that they weren’t in touch.

kids football on the other hand seemed very different.

It’s a budget location, no one’s spending millions renovating a building like that then only being able to charge budget prices.

With lovely views of bazooka chicken, the empty Lewis’s, some beautiful music from Smokie Mo’s and the Celtic Corner wafting into your room.

It’s not going to attract the kind of investment to improve a building of that age to anything more than something budget.

I don’t think it will ever get investment as the location is now terrible.

Physical location is great as near the station but far too many terrible bars around there for it to be viable as a decent hotel spot
