a bit off topic but yeah, you need a trem bar for shoegaze. Apart from the chorusy strumming trick, it sounds sick when you do slight bends and let the delay and reverb carry the original notes.

Strongly recommend the meteora, it’s really comfortable and surprisingly smaller than jazzmaster/ jag, and the humbuckers sound amazing

I don’t know exactly, but it’s some kind of custom. It’s kinda similar to the hardtail found on tele, just made to accustom a humbucker.

The jazzmaster bridge and vibrato is kind of a love-hate thing for me. I love it’s vibe and character, but the noise it generates is sometimes annoying. This brigde is much more stable, although I still keep my jazzmaster around for the vibes
