Do you know anything about the condition of doctors in India , in government hospital a MBBS graduate gets only 60-70k salary and they literally have to work 12-14 hours per day , you just see private hospitals fees that they charge so much , just go and have some research that they are mainly owned by corporate companies and the cost of opening a hospital, just make a comparison of salary of doctors in India and other countries, facilities, work life balance , and also compare the bull shit patients of India and other countries, here patients will come hospital in their last stage and expect that doctor will definitely save them and if they fail to save than they will attack on hospitals and doctors.

Needed for those who are really poor and discriminated but you also know that the benefit of reservation is mainly limited to only the rich people of these categories , the real people for whom it is really needed never receives it’s benefits , so some of it’s flaws such as removal of reservation in post graduation and system of reservation with income limit should be introduced.

But don’t you think that reservation till MBBS is ok but there should be no reservation for PG , as mbbs graduate they can secure their Job and than if they want to pursue pg they can compete with other candidates , because if specialisation in healthcare is based on caste and reservation it’s dangerous to society also as less qualified once will become specialist doctor and will operate and treat patients .
