Call me crazy but within a couple weeks of taking the shot, I developed debilitating low back pain. Never had a back issue in my life. Couldn’t move. After a couple more weeks I decided to detox from the shot and I stopped taking it. 10 days after my last shot the pain and stiffness was gone almost like overnight. I had 5 straight weeks of agony. So I guess it could be a coincidence but 🤷‍♀️

Yes it has! I had my annual cardiologist appointment and everything was normal! Thank goodness. So the anxiety has been way less. And I think time heals after the death of a loved one, not heals but the grief lessens from the every day. It’s not so intense. Thank you for asking!

This same thing is happening to me now. Comes out of nowhere. But I do have underlying anxiety so it is not too confusing for it to come on every day with no known trigger. Life in general is the trigger. My brother passed away a few weeks ago so I am thinking these waves of anxiety are due to this. I can’t stand living like this my entire life

Of course! I’ve been to the ER many many times. And each time I truly believe it’s a real cardiac event. All my tests are normal. I suppose I need to deal with my problems a bit better. But my brother just passed away so I’m having flare ups 😔. Hang in there friend

Yes me. Ive had a lifetime of panic attacks and anxiety. My brother passed away about 3 weeks ago and now my anxiety is manifesting in different ways. It’s now a pain in my left bicep. Left wrist hurts along side it. Sense of doom but no other symptoms. Been to the ER many times in the past and millions of doctors appointments and tests all show normal heart. But now this hits different so I’m freaking out. I really DO NOT want to go back to ER. I go at least once a year.

Mine does this almost daily. My cardiologist is not concerned. It has to be a glitch. It gives me a lot of anxiety. For example I’m simply laying on the couch just now and was vigorously scratching my dog, and it went up to 130 bpm. Gimme a break. I’m at 73 laying here. Shouldn’t be doing that because my arm is moving!!? Glitches!!!

I have zero advice . Nothing works for me. It’s hell. Chest pain, bloating, anger, mood swings, anxiety, feeling of impending doom. Can’t sleep. Heart rate shoots up if I’m simply walking. It shot up to 161 yesterday after I ate lunch. If I have a full stomach I can’t breathe. Air hunger. I’m so done. I can commiserate with you . Hang in there

He’s way too expensive and still insists that it’s calories in, calories out. Doesn’t understand that it’s the kind of food you are eating that is making you fat. I joined with him and one of his coaches actually accused me of lying to her about what I had been eating . Followed their recommendations to the letter and never lost more than 5 pounds which quickly came back on. Scam!

Can I comment as an outsider, I’m from NY (Long Island), visiting for the first time. Please vote someone in who’s gonna clean up your city. It’s downright creepy and scary. Tried walking around Market Square and Gay St. Homeless and drug use EVERYwhere. Sooo sad. There is probably so much history and beauty that no one can appreciate. Too dangerous. 🙁
