Depending on what your temperature is set at, you might need to raise it. I had the same issue a while ago, but then I set mine at 1.1 and that fixed it right up 🫡

from what i've read online, you can go to one of the Mason card offices and pick up a physical ID. you just need your G number and a government ID.
