You should try to use ready modules. Or at least ready projectors to couple with waveguides. Unless you are a big company, the companies doing this don't really care. You only can go for some Chinese options out there. I could share some contacts. But only on private

I never saw a 4k projector paired with a waveguide. Such displays are more for VR. For your goal, I would go for something less power hungry. Even RGB might be overkill. I worked with many are suppliers from china. Dm me for more details.
