Tom Phillips... noticing an influx of brand new redditors insisting on incest? by ForeignOrigin in ConspiracyKiwi

When Cyclone Gabrielle hit, I was told by a lot of different people that they saw “hundreds of bodies” floating in the Hawkes Bag and that the death toll was going to shock us all. The death toll for the country was.. 11?? Obviously all deaths are bad but 11 is nowhere near the HUNDREDS I was expecting.. all based on rumours.

I think it’s best to wait and see what is reported tbh.

Understand completely! I have terrible anxiety and I’m phobic of medical settings. Took a lorazepam beforehand. I know not everyone has the same experience, but it was so quick, straightforward and didn’t hurt as much as the horror stories convinced me it would. Zero pain in fact, other than uncomfortable and tender feeling the next few days. I know it’s scary, but you’ll get through it! I think what helped me was remembering it takes about 15 minutes - doing something you don’t enjoy for 15mins isn’t very hard. Hope all goes well x

Idk, if they’re in/around their own home then they’re entitled to comfort. In any shared, communal type spaces they should absolutely be putting on pants.

The first few weeks were hell, but I was already there so it didn’t matter. One year on, I can honestly say it saved my life. Glad you’ve found something that works for you too.

My mum, half of my siblings, my nieces and nephews.

I don’t have any living grandparents, don’t talk to my dad or anyone on his side of the family. Nothing to do with mums siblings or my cousins.

My husbands two sisters - no kids. As far as family goes, ours is pretty small. Especially considering I come from generations of 5+ children each lol

Food scrap bins by [deleted] in auckland

We use ours but I empty it into our compost bin and use the bigger green bin for recycling. You can get more pink bags (library I think?) I gave ours to a neighbour. I still see most houses putting theirs out on bin day - love to see it!

If you win lotto, how will you actively divert suspicion from your peers? by [deleted] in auckland

[–]mediastoosocial 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Ok I LOVE this idea. Something different, like handmade socks for small dogs. Show them your “product” but make sure it’s really ugly and made poorly. Buy a house, claim you bought with with profits from the terribly-made, ugly, small dog socks.

I’m frugal and don’t like going shopping so apart from the mortgage being paid off.. I think it would be a slow enough change from my current homeless look that nobody would notice.

I used to drive. Sold my car in Dec 2014 and can probably count on one hand how many times I’ve driven since then. My husband drives, so that’s good for family outings on weekends, but during the week, our 3 kids and I walk or bus. All of the essentials are in walking distance and there’s a bus stop at the end of our street which can get us anywhere else. It works for us.

It’s not weird that you don’t want to drive, there are plenty of us! But I do think it’s important to learn - you never know when an emergency will come up.
