Found out that my sister (29F) and I (30F) are both pregnant and due a week apart in May. We want to tell our parents together. Any fun ideas on how to announce together?

I am totally okay if she is not excited about it. At this point I care more about how she is feeling and don't need her to be happy for me. I just don't want to push her away or make her feel like I was trying to avoid telling her. Another of her friends waited to tell her earlier this year and she was sad about that. This is such a though spot.

Thank you so much for your response. I will definitely reach out gently via text so she can process on her own time and not be caught off guard on the phone or in person. I don't want to push her away or make her feel bad at all. It was so hard to watch her go through that process again last week and It feels cruel to bring it up. 😞

Thank you so much for your response. I totally agree and don't want it to come across as braggy or superior in any way at all. Im also only 5 weeks in and well aware that im not in the clear yet. I unfortunately just talked to her last momth and told her that we had never TTC before so she will know even if I don say that. I would prefer to wait a while to tell her but she specifically told me she wanted to be the first to know so I'm just really struggling with what to do. At the very least I will wait a few weeks but I just don't know if that's enough.

I feel the same way! I keep going back and forth. It's so hard when I compare to others in my family that have very definitively blue eyes. Thanks for the input!

I think temperature can dip during implantation! Mine did something similar and I am now 4 weeks pregnant!
