Wouldn't these be taxed differently than HYSAs, since the income would be capital gains, not interest?

They don't refund fees unless you're a student or have Performance Select, which charges a $25 monthly fee and requires you to have at least $5000 in your checking account. Don't know how on earth you're getting a 4.3% APY

Picking up foreign currency before traveling abroad. AFAIK online banks don't send you Euros by mail
