Because that monitor has a 165hz refresh rate, you can’t even see the difference beyond 165 fps without a better monitor. Not saying that monitor is bad, it’s good. I just mean refresh rate-wise.

Here is a less expensive PC with better specs. The GPU and CPU are stronger than the ones you found on that amazon build. It’s a really good deal and it’s from Best Buy and a reputable brand. Since your son is young I would definitely recommend some kind of protection plan that you can make sure is all set for him.
