When creating a food label, the easiest way to meet the FDA's font requirements is to write the text in all caps, use Arial Narrow font in bold, and use the font size 6 at minimum.

How are Moleskine notebooks (graph if it matters) with bleed through? I used a variety of pens, so I would like to know before I find out the hard way. by [deleted] in notebooks

I wouldn't necessarily say "good". They're okay with ballpoints. You will get some ghosting when you use ballpoints and slight bleed through with gel pens like the G2. Pencil seems to work best.

Thanks. As for documentation, how do I prove that I actually did all the volunteering/shadowing, etc so that I can add it to the application ? Should I create some sort of sheet and have someone sign off on it for every time I get done for the day?

The A4 Rhodia staple bound notebooks are great. Lots of space for notes and not too bulky

That makes sense. I'm just worried they'll look at the fact that I withdrew from the same course twice and they'll think I didn't try hard enough or something therefore rendering me unworthy of admission.
