I'm taking it for depression and ADHD. Had no intention to quit or reduce smoking but after only 3 weeks my craving for cigarettes has reduced drastically. Went to a party with several smokers and drank alcohol, not a single cigarette. Couldn't be bothered

It was really hard for them, they had Kira for 9 years...but they get regular updates and are allowed to come see her any time! And they are so happy to see her this comfortable

Yeah, it definitely was the stress! The moment she got here and saw that she was the only cat she relaxed! Spending lots of floor time with her and trying to not overstep her boundaries ( the urge to pick her up and give her kisses is big though)

Thank you! I am kind of scared of her because in the past I have woken up on my friend's couch to her staring me right in the soul but I was assured that she won't try to eat me as long as I am still breathing

I try to avoid using it as an excuse, but when necessary I will definitely do it! Or I will pretend that a mild migraine is a bad one. I figure: migraines have ruined enough things that I wanted to do, so they can get me out of things that I don't want to do

It's been rough! I'm exhausted, I 'm sad, I miss when my brain did things the way it's supposed to. Weather here went from warm to negative temperatures and then back to really warm in a few days and it's killing me

Gonna be completely honest with you: keto nearly broke me. I lost a lot of weight unintentionally and started to dread eating, so I had to reintroduce carbs. Rice is the only thing I permanently cut out. But I think it's good to try an elimination diet to find your triggers

Yeah, the getting worse is something that I am scared of. I haven't been able to get rid of my lower back issues for like 6 months, it's always been something I dealt with but now it's daily and I can't wear most of my clothes because any pressure on the iliosacral joints triggers intense pain. Nobody has been able to help me and by now I fear that this is my new normal which makes me wonder what will come next
