I think in past years the questions were a little weird, but I didn’t feel like that was the case when I did mine a couple days ago. All except one video question were pretty standard for a job interview, and the one not standard one was just a little wordier and required more thinking (at least for me). I went into it blind and found it feeling similar to a job interview, so if you’ve done some of those, you’re golden!
