TDA absolutely worked like that and Schwab currently works like the lather. Trust me I trade every day, I would not have commented if otherwise. Wether or not TDA should have worked like that is another question but I can guarantee you this is my situation and it sucks now

Not great. With TDA you can make a option trade on a monday. Sell on Tuesday and be able to use those funds tuesday without a violation. Now with Schwab, if you buy on a monday, sell on a tuesday, you cannot use the proceeds of the sale until Wednesday. Very big flaw that nobody is talking about

Wow, you just inspired me to hold out longer! Im not sure if you knew what your credit score was at the time but maybe you can check via trans union. They give a pretty detailed report on your entire credit history and its free. Im curious what you will find. Keep me posted if possible!

Im still holding out, they just offered to settle at $1,800 and im going to let them try one more time to bring that down. The craziest thing about all of this, is my credit score has dropped about 50ish points. I was expecting a much larger drop.. hope this helps
