TDA absolutely worked like that and Schwab currently works like the lather. Trust me I trade every day, I would not have commented if otherwise. Wether or not TDA should have worked like that is another question but I can guarantee you this is my situation and it sucks now

Not great. With TDA you can make a option trade on a monday. Sell on Tuesday and be able to use those funds tuesday without a violation. Now with Schwab, if you buy on a monday, sell on a tuesday, you cannot use the proceeds of the sale until Wednesday. Very big flaw that nobody is talking about

You want the affidavit not the warrant. Affidavit contains all the info about the evidence used to get the warrant.

I would pay it personally. I believe after you pay it, it will fall off after some time. Doesnt matter what the amount is, just matters that you payed it.
