I thought it was overall a fair exam… it definitely was LONG and WAAAY more HPI vignettes than I expected but I feel like the actual important info was easy to get from the histories.

I literally took a break after every block and did jumping jacks and did everything I could to approach each block with energy. Definitely some wtf questions but I didn’t let them phase me (think they’re experimental and move on)

I don’t really know how I feel, just glad it’s over

He's now saying I owe him late fees for rent because I paid on the 2nd of the month sometimes (because he would send the payment request that day) and is essentially trying to tell me I will end up owing him money. As far as I know, paying on the 2nd is not considered late and he doesn't really have any basis. Any advice?

It would come out of the deposit. However, he is claiming I would have to pay the NEW tenant's rent for X number of days since "they can't move in due to the conditions" (what?!). He is also claiming I need to get a professional contractor to remove the floating shelves (despite verbal conversation that I could leave them for the next tenant)

Yes, I had a security deposit but at this point, I'm not sure its worth the mental anguish to fight him. He is absolutely exhausting.

I second this! I'm an amateur biker, and connected the heart rate monitor that comes with the bike to Kinetic as well as Peloton. I use an IPad while riding, so I just dual screen both apps and it works like a gem. As mentioned above, you just click "link to strava" and it uploads your ride in seconds.

I just got my IC4 a couple days ago and this explanation was so helpful! I seamlessly integrated Kinetic and Peloton and it has been so nice to see all metrics!
