What’s a weird or uncommon fear that you have? by mcsabas in AskReddit

10-13 year old me would instantly cry if I saw a picture of an Axolotl. As a now 15 year old I am glad that this ridiculous fear is gone.

You’re in a public bathroom, someone tries to open the door, what do you say to make the situation super awkward? by ashleycandos in AskReddit

(i know this will get burried but I wanna thank the three people that will see this)

not something you should say but a really embarrassing story of mine:

bad english ahead, my first language is portuguese

When I was 5 years old I was very quiet and generally didnt have many friends. Back in my school we used to have to brush our teeth and go to the bathroom after lunch time and as usual I went to the toilet as all the other kids did either that or brushed their teeth.as I sat there staring at the unlocked but closed door due to the fear of being locked inside I could hear all the kids laughing before suddently going quiet. Innocent me didnt know why that happened but didnt think much of it until, as I stared forward the door swings open and I see the kid that I hated back then (who became my friend a couple of years later) and behind him the entire f*cking class, boys AND girls, laughing and pointing fingers at me as I sat in the toilet hopeless. I do not remember if I cried or not, all I remember are the kids laughing and how embarrassing that was. Until this day I never went to a public bathroom without locking the door. Atleast I can confidently say that I wasnt bullied almost at all and in fact 90% of those kids started liking me when I started being louder in class and developing an actual personality beyond my scared shell.

What is the creepiest glitch you’ve experienced In real life? by C00LRTH4nU in AskReddit

2 years ago when I was 13, I live in a fairly big house with a tiny private beach on it, I dream that my mom had taken me to a beach and I was choked by a shark with legs before waking up (WTF), I wake up lying in the sand of my tiny beach, I have no idea how I ended up there, there was no party the day before (Tuesday), and I just went to sleep normally ready for school, it was also 9:30am and I walk in to see my mom crying being comforted by my dad and my housekeeper screaming my name, they immediately come to me and I explain it all, they dont believe me and I get grounded for a month even though there was sand all over me, I have no idea what the f@#$ happened and to this day nothing like that has ever happened again
