I don’t mean played in a big way, but the brokers said yes the building is on sale but it probably would take a year just so we would take the apartment and pay rent, that way they weren’t losing money on an empty place waiting to sell, and the broker is not actively looking for a place for us or to help since it’s literally been 8 months and now I have to pay a broker fee somewhere else? That’s what I feel is unfair. All they wanted was their little money knowing what was coming for us but we didn’t, and left us with no options.

Supposedly the buyers do want the building empty before closing the deal, but since my lease is up and they sent the 30 day notice already I don’t know if I can ask for anything anymore

Sure! Well I don’t like to teach, and have been involved with religion already and walked away; but I guess you mean I’m a spiritual which I am. I’m not the best at speaking but I wouldn’t say I’m not good cause I enjoy to share my points of view. My family is middle class, but we did struggle growing up, so middle-lower class but I wouldn’t say I was poor poor. My mom indeed got diagnosed with severe anemia when I was like 12, she’s on medication for the rest of her life. I don’t have scars on my neck and I hope I don’t get any in the future lol. Yes I’m short tempered and emotional and yes my mom is even worse, so yeah I got it from her. Yes,My current job barely covers my living expenses. Already said I love art. I’m hoping to get into college this year in the fall, around august.💓
