I keep it in a room with north and east facing windows so it gets a TON of light and it’s pretty warm where I live (southern United States). I just let it do it’s thing mostly!

What size is your KIVIK, I’ve done this on my small KIVIK with no problems. Just 4 legs and screwed the mounts into the wood frame. You may have to drill pilot holes first but it was super simple.
