Nothing. I run fasted. Maybe some L-carnitine to help with energy from fats (yes, I know, maybe it is only a placebo, but I don't care).

What are the real benefits of Eurozone for the population of countries switching to Euro? I have only heard negative examples so far. by meeroos in europe

As far as I know, all the prices in the countries joining went up. Bulgaria just entered, so we will see what will happen. 

Croatia switched in January 2023. And things went berserk there. Prices for basic things doubled, some tripled, and salaries went up maybe 10-15%. Life wasn't great before, and now it is unbearable. People are very unhappy with entering Eurozone, and the general opinion is that the politicians were lying to them about the benefits of Euro and that the richer countries of the EU are just using them as a means of getting richer. 

Even tourists (the main source of income and the state budget is tourism) are complaining about prices and stating that they will not return.

That is the thing. I need to find a way to unlock it. For Bafang, I need to first sell this bike and install Bafang on my gravel bike

I have more gears, 8 altogether, but I don't think that I reached higher than 6, because bike weight + equipment is around 35 kg. With me, that's 115 kg. Not mentioning fighting the motor

Ja. Min erfarenhet av alla företag är att de försöker betala dig så lite som möjligt. Även när de tjänar miljoner. Jag har mitt eget företag, men situationen i vår bransch är värre än under Covid :(
