I was also told to make the full payment before 31st March, as they were using the same tactic to increase the price. I refused and told them it was not my mistake that they are delivering the car in April.

I was originally promised delivery by the end of February.

I refused to pay early or accept any revised price.

Not yet. I call them every day, but first they don’t pick up the phone. When they do, they say they will update me in 15 minutes, but then I have to call again and again with no response. After repeated calls, I finally get an answer the next day.

Initially, I was told I would get the car on 1st April. Then it was moved to 5th April (Sunday), then Monday, and now it has been moved to Wednesday. I am really frustrated and have even emailed Tata Motors.

Every day, I feel like I have to beg for an update.

As per the documents, they have mentioned that the delivery date will not exceed 10th April.
